The Dietary

Aide will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while working collaboratively with the Food Services team. A strong commitment to quality and effective communication skills are vital in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and portion food for patient meals
- Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- Collaborate in washing dishes and cooking tools
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- Ensure kitchen is stocked with supplies Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in food service in a hospital setting
- Must hold a Food Handlers Certificate
- Knowledge in protected food handling practices necessary
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more routinely Support patients through quality culinary service at Humber River Health as a Dietary Aide.
