We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team that is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in social media, event planning and web design.

/Duties:

Develop and execute the digital and traditional marketing strategy for the project

Create content and initiatives to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and community support

Assist with in-store team with visual merchandising and promotional materials, good at use the tools of graphic design

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), including creating, posting and engaging in content

Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage

Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management

Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, maintain databases and prepare the report accordingly

Design, implement and execute strategies to continuously improve website traffic, CTR, CVR, and SEO





And all other duties assigned by the marketing manager and executive team

Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to speak, write, read and understand in Mandarin proficient

Fluent in English with solid verbal and written communication skills A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of digital marketing

Experience in content development, email marketing, social media, campaign development, Google Analytics, SEO, Facebook Ads/Pixel

Have a creative mind with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills are required with attention to details

Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines

Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills

Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach

Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with a team

Able to adapt to change, exhibits flexibility and sound judgment
