Bakers Assistant

Responsible for preparingall ingredientsaccording to company specifications. Handle all baking tools and equipment per instructions. Ensures products meet the highest quality and produced in the most efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Set-up baking equipment for daily use
- Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment used in bakery
- Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely
- Prepare ofall ingredientsnecessary for baking
- Scale and mix of all ingredients necessary for baking
- Operates all equipment necessary for baking
- Completes any order forms needed for the bakery




- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area on a daily basis
- Follows all company policies & procedures SOP/GMP/HACCP
- Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free workplace
- Assist in other areas of production as needed/requested.

Requirements:

- Ability to work overtime or rotating shifts
- Versatile and reliable attendance
- Must be able to follow directions, work without supervision
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while working
