Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :

Tu contribueras à la transformation d’un important programme de financement commercial au sein d’un acteur majeur de son secteur. Tu piloteras des initiatives stratégiques visant l’optimisation des processus, l’automatisation, l’intégration de nouvelles capacités numériques et l’intelligence artificielle.

Ta mission (…si tu l’acceptes !) :

Prendre en charge des projets technologiques complexes et assurer leur livraison dans un environnement multidisciplinaire à forte visibilité.

Ton quotidien sera rythmé par :

- Assurer la gouvernance complète de projets stratégiques de grande envergure
- Définir et maintenir les plans intégrés couvrant échéancier, budget, risques et dépendances
- Coordonner les équipes d’affaires, technologiques et les partenaires externes
- Produire et présenter les rapports exécutifs aux différents comités de gouvernance
- Identifier et atténuer les risques, enjeux et obstacles à la livraison
- Contribuer aux initiatives d’automatisation, d’intelligence artificielle et d’optimisation des processus
- Accompagner les dirigeants dans la prise de décision et les arbitrages stratégiques

Tu évolueras auprès d’équipes multidisciplinaires regroupant analystes, architectes, développeurs, spécialistes de données et partenaires d’affaires.

Ton profil:

- Minimum de 10 années d’expérience en gestion de projets
- Expérience de livraison dans des environnements complexes comportant plusieurs parties prenantes
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et d’influence auprès de la direction
- Bonne compréhension des architectures, intégrations, données, sécurité et gestion des risques
- Expérience en transformation numérique et projets technologiques complexes
- Expérience dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou du financement commercial
- Bilinguisme français et anglais
- Expérience en intelligence artificielle, automatisation intelligente ou initiatives numériques avancées

You will contribute to the transformation of a major trade finance program within a leading organization in its industry. You will lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, digital capabilities, and artificial intelligence.

Lead complex technology projects and ensure successful delivery within a highly visible multidisciplinary environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing the full governance of large-scale strategic projects
- Defining and maintaining integrated plans covering schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies
- Coordinating business, technology and external partner teams
- Producing and presenting executive reports to governance committees
- Identifying and mitigating delivery risks, issues and obstacles
- Contributing to automation, artificial intelligence and process optimization initiatives




- Supporting executives in decision-making and strategic prioritization

- Fluent in French and English
