Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation standards are met
- Assist with food handling tasks when needed, including organizing supplies and restocking dishware
- Support kitchen staff by preparing areas for food preparation and service
- Follow safety procedures to prevent slips, trips, and other hazards in the dishwashing area
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen environment

Requirements





- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned
