Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness in work areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards.
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment clean and organized.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.




- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Solid understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is a plus but not mandatory.
