What You’ll Be Doing

- Dispatch & Coordination: Schedule service technicians based on location, skill sets, and job urgency. Adjust routes in real-time as unexpected changes happen.
- Customer & Tech Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians to keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly.
- Invoicing & Billing: Review completed service notes, verify parts and labor accuracy, and prepare customer invoices. Follow up on missing job details when needed.
- Cross-Department Support:



Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Confidence working with numbers, billing details, and scheduling software
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or administrative support is a strong asset
- Garage door experience is NOT required,we will train the right person with the right attitude.
