Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization’s daily operations and drive strategic growth. Duties

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall business goals, ensuring scalable growth and continuous improvement.

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships.
- Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships to maximize value and mitigate risks for the organization.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective leadership, mentorship, and talent development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience

- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles with a track record of successfully managing complex organizations or divisions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience guiding large teams through change management initiatives.
- Background in business development with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities and expanding organizational reach.
- Solid project management skills with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate vision clearly and inspire teams at all levels.
