This is not a sales position. Your role will be to introduce families to our educational programs and collect their contact information for follow-up by our consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan and choose neighbourhoods, apartment complexes, and business areas for lead generation.
- Engage with parents/guardians of school-aged children in a professional and approachable manner.
- Collect 10+ qualified leads per day (name, phone number, and email).
- Accurately record and report lead details at the end of each shift.
- Represent the company with positivity, professionalism, and respect within the community.





Schedule & Compensation
- $10 for every qualified lead
- +$25 bonus when the lead books AND completes their appointment
- Paid weekly

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous canvassing, field marketing, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
- Comfortable working outdoors and approaching families
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail when recording leads

- Must be able to travel anywhere across the GTA
