About the Role

EverGlow Lighting & Lux is an Edmonton-based company specializing in premium permanent exterior lighting for residential homes.

We are looking for a confident, motivated Residential Sales Representative who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers improve the look and value of their homes.

What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners at residential properties
- Generate and follow up with potential customers
- Conduct on-site lighting consultations
- Assess homes and determine lighting requirements
- Present lighting options and project pricing
- Prepare and explain estimates
- Follow up with customers and close sales
- Maintain customer information and sales activity
- Work closely with the owner and installation team
- Represent EverGlow professionally

Previous sales experience is an asset, particularly in home improvement, roofing, windows & doors, solar, landscaping, construction, automotive, real estate, or direct sales.

We are also open to motivated candidates with strong communication skills who are willing to learn.

- Valid driver's license

Compensation

Commission-based / performance-based

Commission is based on project size and sales performance. The commission structure will be explained during the interview.

Pay: $300.00-$750.00 per day
