Kelowna Mercedes-Benz | Temporary or Permanent Opportunity

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable individual to join our Service Team at Kelowna Mercedes-Benz as a Drive-Through Concierge!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a busy team. We're looking for extra support during our upcoming tire season and are happy to consider someone interested in a short-term position of 1 to 2 months. We're also open to candidates looking for a permanent, full-time opportunity!

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming customers as they arrive in our service drive-through and helping create a positive first impression.
- Assisting Service Advisors with customer vehicle check-ins.
- Preparing and staging courtesy vehicles for customer pick-up.
- Moving and organizing vehicles throughout the dealership to keep our service operations running smoothly.
- Keeping our service drive-through and vehicle lots clean, organized, and presentable.
- Supporting the Service Team with other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.




- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous customer service or automotive experience is an asset.

Employment Options

- Temporary: 1 to 2 months to support our busy tire season.
- Permanent: Full-time opportunities may also be available for candidates seeking long-term employment.
