The Donnelly team is looking for a Parts Driver!

The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering automotive parts and accessories to our customers and service technicians in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This position pays $19 - $20/hour.

Job Duties:

- Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers, service technicians, and other dealerships.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts orders, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery invoices with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the parts department and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in protected and proper working condition.
- Assist in the parts department with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory when not making deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership driving policies to ensure the safety of passengers, the vehicle, and the parts being transported.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery issues to the Parts Manager promptly.




- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to handle and lift automotive parts and supplies.
