Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of construction skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Install building materials and fixtures according to blueprints and project plans
- Perform construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and other finishing tasks
- Utilize maintenance person skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration

Skills





- Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, and general construction work
- Maintenance Person experience with a variety of installation tasks
- Ability to perform caulking and finishing work with precision.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to handle demanding manual tasks and lift heavy materials as needed
