- Act as the end-to-end technical owner for Business Banking initiatives.

- Define and enforce technical architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.

- Lead testing strategy, execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture stakeholders.
- Lead large, cross-functional delivery teams and drive successful technical outcomes.

- Ensure technical solutions meet enterprise quality, scalability, security, and performance standards.
