As a franchisor, we also own and operate multiple BloomWell locations across Southern Ontario. This gives us hands-on experience in running centres day to day, and it shapes the support we offer every centre in our network.

The role

Are you an Early Childhood Education- ECE graduate ready to grow your career? We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join our Team and help create joyful, enriching days for children.

Responsibilities

- Support and deliver daily play-based programming
- Supervise children and maintain a safe, healthy environment
- Assist with observations and documentation under the guidance of the classroom RECE
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Follow all licensing requirements and centre policies





Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently enrolled in the RECE registration process)
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn

Job details

- Full time, [Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours]
