Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Level 2/3 to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in early childhood settings
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through individualized care and group interactions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure cohesive support for each child's growth
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, rest periods, and outdoor play while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Document children’s progress, behavior, and milestones accurately to inform ongoing development plans
- Collaborate with team members to develop inclusive strategies for children with special needs or disabilities

Requirements





- Proven experience working with young children in early childhood education or childcare settings
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Robust communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for bilingual environments
- Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education programs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Competency in computer operation and familiarity with educational software or digital record keeping tools
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day
- Valid certifications in childcare or early childhood education; additional qualifications in special education are advantageous
