Responsibilities

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among children.
- Support children’s individual needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, through tailored caregiving strategies.
- Observe and assess each child's progress to inform planning and communicate developmental milestones to families and team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support children's overall well-being and learning goals.




- Lead routines such as circle time, snack time, outdoor play, and rest periods with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse developmental needs and individual abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills that foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Passion for nurturing young minds through teaching, caregiving, and playful exploration.
