Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring all children receive personalized care and attention.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities to inform ongoing development assessments.
- Collaborate with families and team members to support each child's unique learning journey.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are consistently followed to create a secure environment for children and staff.




- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and early childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Formal training or certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Solid communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes positive interactions.
