Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of ASU, HPU, CO2, and Hydrogen units
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Develop talent through training and mentorship programs
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Support turnaround planning and execution Requirements:
- Power Engineering certificate or relevant Bachelor’s degree
- At least 20 years of related industry experience
- Experience leading multi-shift teams
