Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and energetic ECE IT (Infant and Toddler) educators to join our team full-time. In this role, you will create a nurturing environment tailored specifically for infants and toddlers, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and attentive care. Your bilingual skills and experience working with children with disabilities will be highly valued as you help lay the foundation for lifelong learning.

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities for infants and toddlers that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide attentive, individualized care to meet each child's unique needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing setting
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members in English and French to foster strong relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, daily activities, and classroom routines
- Manage classroom organization, including scheduling, supply management, and cleanliness to ensure an optimal learning space
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements that support early childhood education standards




- Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored strategies and inclusive practices

Experience

- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or early childhood education setting is essential
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to support diverse family needs
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities or special education requirements is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with families and team members
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques, computer skills, and classroom operation tools is important for daily responsibilities
- Proven organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Leadership qualities that foster a positive learning environment while supporting team cohesion
