- Monitor advertising spend, sales, conversion, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, fees, margin, and profitability by channel, market, and SKU.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor tracking,
listing audits, pricing reviews, promotional analysis, and product-content testing to improve search ranking and conversion.
- Build and maintain a commercial calendar for launches, seasonal opportunities, promotions, advertising, retail events, and product availability.
- Coordinate inventory forecasts, replenishment, shipments, marketplace fulfilment requirements, stock availability, and product setup with internal and external partners.
- Identify and resolve catalogue, compliance, listing, fulfilment, account-health, pricing, and customer-service issues quickly.
- Ensure all product information, imagery, language, nutritional information, packaging details, and claims are accurate and compliant for each market and channel.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership to align e-commerce activity with broader retail growth and brand priorities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting that clearly communicates sales performance, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Research and evaluate new digital marketplaces, retail partners, and international opportunities, with a focus on margin-positive, scalable growth.
- Manage full scope CRM in each e-com platform.
What you bring
- 1-2+ years of hands-on e-commerce, marketplace, or digital retail experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, wellness, beauty, or a similar category.
