Responsibilities
- Deliver information efficiently to prospective students, highlighting program benefits and career pathways.
- Actively recruit new students by identifying their needs, answering questions, and guiding them through the application process.
- Utilize public speaking skills to confidently communicate complex information in a clear and motivating manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our educational offerings, including curriculum details and admission requirements.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students,
providing personalized support throughout their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
- Use CRM systems such as Ellucian or similar platforms to track interactions, follow up on leads, and manage student data efficiently.
Requirements
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and techniques to attract prospective students or clients preferred
- Knowledge of Ellucian or comparable student information systems is highly desirable.
- Robust interpersonal skills with a passion for education and helping others succeed.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building.
- Prior experience in sales or advising roles within educational institutions is a plus.
