About the Role

Kids Kingdom Orléans is seeking a passionate, reliable, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. We are looking for an educator who excels at fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where toddlers and preschoolers can learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Planning & Implementation: Design and execute developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities adhering to the How Does Learning Happen? framework.
- Child Supervision & Safety: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children at all times, maintaining required adult-to-child ratios and secure classroom environments.
- Observation & Assessment: Monitor and document individual child development, milestones, and daily activities to share with families.
- Family Engagement: Maintain open, regular, and supportive communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily routines.
- Classroom Management & Hygiene:



Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols according to public health guidelines and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA).
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators, assistants, and management to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Active registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) (within the last 6 months).
- Up-to-date immunization records as required by public health.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Rémunération : 23,86$ à 25,86$ par heure Lieu du poste : En présentiel
