As our team continuously grows and strives for excellence, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will serve as the key liaison among students, parents, and teachers, ensuring smooth course operations and high-quality educational services. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a robust passion for education and student success.

Main Responsibilities

Client Service & Communication

- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students with a polite and professional manner
- Communicate regularly with families in both English and Mandarin, providing timely updates on student progress
- Coordinate communication among students, teachers, and parents to improve overall satisfaction

Course Coordination & Student Management

- Create and maintain accurate student records, including attendance, progress, and feedback
- Support course scheduling, teacher coordination, and adjustments to class times when necessary
- Assist with invoicing and payment tracking to ensure smooth course operations

Academic Planning & Exam Guidance

- Support K–12 students in developing personalized academic plans aligned with the BC curriculum, IB, and AP frameworks
- Provide registration and preparation guidance for standardized tests such as SSAT and SAT
- Monitor academic progress and adjust learning strategies and goals as needed

University & Graduate School Admissions Consulting

- Assist students with undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral program applications, managing timelines and deadlines




- Help students organize and refine their extracurricular and academic background for platforms like the Common App
- Guide and revise key application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letter strategy, and supplemental essays
- Stay updated on admissions trends and provide professional insights and success strategies

Marketing & Content Support

- Assist in drafting content for platforms such as WeChat Official Account, Instagram, and others
- Contribute to marketing materials and graphic content (e.g., Canva posters)
- Help maintain up-to-date program information on the company website

Administrative & Documentation Support

- Support internal meeting scheduling and administrative coordination
- Translate, organize, and archive documents as needed
- Assist with other education-related projects or ad hoc tasks assigned by the leadership team

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Strong passion for the education industry and a genuine commitment to student success.
- 1+ year experience in an administrative or related role
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset
- Previous experience in education industry would be an asset

Working Hours & Benefits

- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend as needed
- Statutory holidays off in accordance with the BC provincial calendar
- Annual paid leave provided

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
