We are engaging Education & Tutoring Experts to contribute to an cutting-edge customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with other project participants.
2. Simulate common tutoring scenarios, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
3. Provide clear, accurate, and helpful explanations tailored to different learning needs and levels.
4. Demonstrate effective teaching techniques, active listening, questioning, and student engagement during conversations.
5. Adapt your communication and teaching approach based on the learner's needs, understanding, and progress.
6.



Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive and professional manner.
7. Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural and representative of real-world tutoring or teaching interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional experience as a Teacher, Private Tutor, Academic Tutor, Educator, Academic Coach, or similar role.
2. Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic support experience preferred.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different learners.
5. Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching sessions.
6. Strong active listening, patience, and student engagement skills.
7. Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
