Ubuntu Community Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our growing team.

Positions Available

- Permanent Morning Shift
- Casual/Relief Staff

Job Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and drop off clients using your own reliable vehicle (for driving positions).
- Provide educational respite care to children and youth with disabilities.
- Support clients in developing academic, life, and social skills.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning setting.
- Assist clients with community participation and daily activities while promoting independence.

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence for driving positions.




- Reliable vehicle and willingness to transport clients for driving positions.
- Passion for supporting children and youth with disabilities.
- Valid CPR certificate
- Diploma Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
