Every day is different; there’s always something happening!We’re looking for a Staff Housing Supervisor to help keep our staff housing communities safe, clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.This is a hands-on, people-focused role. You’ll support nearly 400 residents, but you won’t be supervising the staff you work alongside.

Instead, you’ll take ownership of the buildings, help residents, handle whatever comes up, and play a big part in creating a excellent housing community.Some of your responsibilities include:Keep all shared spaces clean and welcomingWelcome residents and manage check-ins/check-outsRespond to resident and maintenance requestsEnforce housing guidelines fairly and professionallyHandle mail and basic administrationHelp with snow removal and other physical workConduct building patrols and monitor accessRespond to incidents and emergenciesWork with Security, Maintenance, RCMP, and emergency services when neededGet involved in staff housing events and community activitiesNight shifts focus primarily on building safety, regular patrols,



resident support, and close-down procedures.You’ll Be a Great Fit If You’re...Friendly, approachable, and confident with people from all backgrounds. You’re calm under pressure, comfortable working independently, organized, and happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing—including cleaning and snow shoveling.You don’t need previous cleaning experience or First Aid certification, although both are definite assets.Most importantly, you enjoy people.
