We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Instructor to inspire and empower students in their language learning journey. Duties

- Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students’ ages and proficiency levels, incorporating interactive activities and multimedia resources
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to support improvement
- Create a supportive classroom environment that motivates students to participate actively and develop their language skills confidently
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance language comprehension and cultural awareness
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, share best practices,



and continuously improve teaching strategies
- Tutor students outside regular class hours as needed, offering personalized support to help them achieve their language goals
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in compliance with school policies

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Japanese is a plus
- Prior classroom experience or tutoring experience working with children or young learners is preferred
- Robust writing skills with the ability to create transparent lesson plans and instructional materials
- Experience teaching or tutoring in an educational setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills to engage students effectively and foster a positive learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
- Passion for education and helping students succeed in mastering the English language
