Career path: Field Hand → Class 1 Driver → Operator → Supervisor → Beyond

Qualifications

✅ Full, unrestricted Class 5 driver’s licence

✅ Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions and an incident-free driving history

✅ Able to work in all weather conditions on a 24-hour on-call 15/6 schedule

✅ Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Safety-first attitude in all aspects of work
