We are seeking a agile and skilled Equipment Operator to join our construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving machinery with precision and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in site preparation, grading, excavation, trenching, paving, and other construction activities as directed by project managers.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently across multiple project sites.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation hours,



maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during shifts.
- Support the setup and breakdown of construction zones by positioning machinery accurately according to project plans.

Skills

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving machines.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
- Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment with confidence and precision.
- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is a plus for specialized projects.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for transporting equipment or materials as needed.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
