In this role, you’ll report to the Mill Superintendent while maintaining control over production circuits.

- Lead and document safety initiatives within the mill
- Assist in commissioning and operational readiness processes
- Monitor daily operations and equipment performance trends
- Conduct training and development for mill personnel
- Identify process improvement opportunities across operations Requirements:
- Supervisory experience of at least 5 years in ore processing
- BC Mine Supervisor ticket is essential
