Scattered Blessings Spa is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Full-Time Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who is confident performing a wide variety of esthetic services and is passionate about providing exceptional, personalized experiences for every client.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in facials and skincare treatments, manicures and pedicures, lash and brow services, waxing, and other professional esthetic treatments. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across multiple areas of esthetics rather than specializing in only one service.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials and skincare treatments
- Provide manicures, pedicures and nail services
- Perform lash and brow services
- Provide facial and body waxing services
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on skincare, aftercare and professional products
- Maintain accurate client information and treatment notes
- Maintain clean, sanitized and organized treatment areas
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and client care
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Recommend and retail professional skincare and beauty products
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques and best practices
- Work collaboratively with our spa and salon team
Qualifications
- Professional education and certification in esthetics
- Previous professional esthetics experience is strongly preferred
- Must be confident and experienced in a variety of esthetic services
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments and product recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about continuing education and developing new skills
- Comfortable building and maintaining a clientele

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
