We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to develop relationships with residential builders and individual clients. Duties

- Be customer facing in the showroom

- Prepare detailed estimates ensuring accuracy in pricing, materials, labor, and equipment costs.

- Develop comprehensive project proposals by analyzing plans, specifications, and client requirements to deliver competitive bids.

- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently.

- Oversee project execution in office or remotely, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and client specifications.





- Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships throughout the project.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in flooring estimating combined with project management responsibilities within the construction industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft

- Strong knowledge of flooring processes, materials pricing, and bidding procedures.

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $64,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
