Canada Super 60 – Season 2

Event Dates: September 29 – October 4, 2026

Canada Super 60 is looking for motivated, energetic and dependable Event Staff to join our team immediately and support the lead-up to and delivery of Season 2.

This is a hands-on role involving event operations, community outreach, merchandise support, promotions and on-ground event execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day event planning and operational requirements leading into the tournament.
- Assist with venue setup, event-day operations and post-event activities.
- Support merchandise store operations, including sales, inventory, stock management and customer service.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional activities across the Greater Vancouver area.
- Distribute promotional materials and support ticketing and awareness campaigns.
- Engage with community organizations, cricket clubs, schools, businesses and local audiences to promote Canada Super 60.
- Represent Canada Super 60 professionally at outreach events, activations and partner locations.
- Assist with fan engagement activities, contests and promotional activations during the event.
- Support guest, sponsor, media and general event operations where required.
- Assist with signage, branding materials, equipment movement and other operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.




- Provide a high standard of customer service to fans, partners and event attendees.
- Be flexible and prepared to support different areas of the event based on operational needs.

Requirements
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Strong availability till October 4th 2026.
- Previous experience in events, retail, promotions, outreach, hospitality, sports or customer service is an asset.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident interacting with the public and representing the event professionally.
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and assisting with physical event setup where necessary.
- Knowledge of cricket and the local community is an advantage.
