The Chance

We’re hiring a Recruiter who’s ready to dive into one of Canada’s fastest-growing sectors. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in sourcing and placing top-tier professionals with our trusted clients across North America. You’ll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate recruitment process through to offer acceptance. This is a candidate-facing role, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

- Source and recruit construction professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across various construction functions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and candidate updates
- Conduct intake calls and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements




- Track and report key performance metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends and construction talent market shifts

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruitment, sales, or agency environment
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Driven, Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success working with KPIs and deadlines
- Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems
- Previous experience hiring or working in construction is a strong asset
