RESPONSIBILITIES

- Measure, cut, bend and install metal cap flashing

- Install parapet caps, edge metal, counterflashing and related roofing sheet metal

- Make accurate joints, corners, overlaps and terminations

- Properly fasten and seal flashing to prevent water entry

- Work safely on commercial and residential rooftops

- Coordinate with our roofing crew and site supervisor

- Inspect completed work for proper fit, alignment and waterproofing

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous cap flashing or roofing sheet-metal experience

- Ability to complete cap flashing work independently

- Comfortable working at heights

- Reliable and available for occasional project work

- Must have the necessary hand tools for the work

- Fall Protection and CSTS training needed

- Driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred

SCHEDULE

- Work is offered as needed

- No guaranteed weekly hours

- Schedule and project details will be provided in advance

- Applicants may accept work based on their availability
