Experienced Insulation Installer / Crew Lead

Pay: $30–$45/hour based on experience and proven ability The Same Guys Insulation is looking for an experienced insulation installer who can grow into a strong long-term crew lead. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience, solid organization, reliability, leadership potential, and the ability to work across a range of residential insulation projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead residential insulation jobs from start to finish
- Complete attic insulation top-ups and insulation removals
- Perform air sealing and install baffles
- Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment
- Lead and train a 2–3 person crew
- Keep the company truck, tools and equipment clean, organized and job-ready
- Complete required job photos, documentation and material counts
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe jobsite

Requirements

- Residential insulation experience required
- Attic insulation, blown-in insulation, removals, air sealing and baffle experience preferred
- Experience with batt & poly, wall insulation,



basement insulation or other insulation systems is a strong asset
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record preferred
- Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces and at heights
- Able to lift insulation bags and equipment
- Strong work ethic, organization, communication and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and lead a crew
- Willing to start early and work occasional overtime/Saturdays when required
- Criminal background check may be required
