Key Responsibilities:
- Execute snow and ice removal from pathways
- Perform routine maintenance inside and outside the building
- Assist in sweeping and trimming grounds daily
- Undertake minor repairs like drywall and carpentry
- Maintain and follow preventative maintenance schedules Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of maintenance and painting experience
- A Class 5 Power Engineer ticket is an asset
- Effective oral and written communication in English
