We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician Someone who can also help with reception and handle basic administrative tasks.

Duties

- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other medical aesthetic procedures with precision and care
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services to enhance client satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatments while demonstrating product demos to promote retail sales
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterilized according to health regulations
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere,



addressing client questions, and upselling suitable products or additional treatments
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales to maximize revenue opportunities

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication skills for clear consultations and effective team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling treatments and products confidently without pressure
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client management systems
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling techniques
- Ability to educate clients about skincare products through engaging demos and personalized recommendations
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive experiences
