Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute project plans.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs.
- Utilize welding techniques where necessary to join metal components securely.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project tasks effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working setting.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong background in commercial or residential construction projects.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in plumbing installation and repair.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction assembly techniques.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry skills, and schematics is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation between job sites.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments requiring stamina and agility.
