Experienced Tandoor Cook (Full-Time) | Immediate Opening - Gulab Fine Indian Cuisine | Clarkson, Mississauga

Gulab Fine Indian Cuisine is seeking an experienced Tandoor Cook to join our growing kitchen team.

This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with hands-on tandoor experience who takes pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork. We are looking for a dependable individual who can support our Head Chef and contribute to delivering authentic Indian cuisine at a high standard.

1842 Lakeshore Road W, Mississauga, ON

Compensation

$3,000 - $4,000 per month

Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and overall kitchen capability.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook tandoori items to a consistent standard
- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently
- Prepare marinades, skewers, and mise en place
- Assist with kitchen prep and service as required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef during busy service periods

Requirements
- Previous Tandoor Cook experience is required
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience preparing naan, garlic naan, chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, tandoori appetizers, and other tandoor specialties
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
