In anticipation of the Calgary facility's opening in November 2026, you will play a key role in laying the groundwork for efficient warehouse operations.

With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will oversee logistics, implement strategies for continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the establishment of the 220,000 sq.ft. distribution center
- Execute warehouse layout planning and equipment selection
- Create and uphold SOPs and workflow standards
- Manage operations, shipping, and staff evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies Requirements:
