Expectations:





- Work 4-5 shifts per week, splitting time between serving and bartending in a fast paced environment
- Work quickly & efficiently while maintaining the Little Sister standards of service
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar through nightly cleaning processes
- Stay focused on guest experience at all times! Hospitality is a main focus for our team!

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast paced cocktail focused environment,
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, & garnishes and a desire to expand your knowledge & explore current trends
- Positive can-do attitude!
- Ability to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organization & attention to detail
