We are currently seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our expanding legal team. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional who is confident managing files, advising clients, drafting legal documents, and representing clients across a range of legal matters.

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis, CanLII, and relevant legal databases
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and legal memoranda
- Provide legal advice across a variety of practice areas
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings,



and court proceedings when required
- Negotiate effectively with opposing counsel, clients, and third parties
- Ensure files are managed efficiently and deadlines are consistently met
- Stay current with legal developments, legislation, and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strong legal outcomes and client service

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong legal drafting and legal writing skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage files independently
- High attention to detail and sound legal judgment
- Strong communication and client relationship skills

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:

- Family Law
- Civil Litigation
- Real Estate Law
- Immigration Law
- Corporate / Commercial Law

Salary: Competitive, based on experience, Fee-Split Available

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $95,000.00-$212,589.00 per year
