- The candidate must prepare comprehensive financial plans that meet client needs across financial, investment, retirement, and risk management planning.
- The candidate must personalize each financial plan by providing expert knowledge on areas such as holding companies, employee stock options, individual pension plans, retirement compensation agreements, and charitable planning.
- The candidate must simplify complex financial strategies to assist Advisors.
- The candidate must deliver presentations to Advisors and clients.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing coaching to Financial Planning Analysts assisting in financial plan preparation.
- The candidate must promote and support a work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, collaboration, and diversity.




- The candidate will be responsible for developing strong internal and external networks and referral sources.

Job Requirements

- The candidate must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- The candidate will be required to have ten years of relevant experience in all aspects of financial planning.
- The candidate must have professional designation such as CA, CGA, LLB, or CMA.
- The candidate must have experience in complex financial planning.
- The candidate must have strong analytical and judgment skills.
- The candidate will be required to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools like Naviplan Extended or CCH.
- The candidate must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The candidate must hold a financial planning designation such as CFP or RFP.
- The candidate must have investment and insurance industry knowledge as a robust asset.
