Chilliwack Toyota is looking for a Team-minded, experienced, motivated Financial Services Manager to join our team full time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive finance professional who is confident working with customers, lenders and the sales team and understands the importance of delivering a professional, transparent and customer-focused finance experience.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Financial Services Manager to join our automotive dealership’s Financial Services Department. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer satisfaction by providing transparent, tailored financial solutions that meet clients’ needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will foster a positive environment focused on sales growth, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Duties

- Arrange financing and leasing for recent and pre-owned vehicle customers
- Work with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options and approvals
- Present financing, protection products, extended warranties and other available products to customers
- Ensure all finance and purchase documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
- Work closely with the Sales Management team and Product Advisors to provide a smooth transition from vehicle purchase through delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and other business partners
- Follow all dealership, lender and regulatory requirements
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire finance process
- Lead the sales process for vehicle financing,



insurance products, and extended warranties, ensuring clear communication of options to customers.
- Build strong relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and other financial partners to secure competitive terms for clients.
- Conduct detailed financial consultations with customers, explaining terms, benefits, and obligations transparently.
- Oversee the preparation of all financing documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

Requirements

- Previous Financial Services/Business Office experience is required
- Candidates with a minimum of two years of successful automotive sales experience will also be considered
- Team-minded individual
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience
- Strong communication, organization and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
- Professional, ethical and customer-focused approach
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
