- Have a passion in the floral industry and is willing to learn
- 2+ years of floral design experience preferred or willing to be trained.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer relations through educating, promoting and consulting with customers to support our brand and customer loyalty.
- Must be detail oriented
- Have excellent communication, motivational and team player skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment, inclusive of maintaining the store front, back and cooler.
- Must be dependable and able to work weekends and be available at floral peak periods.
- Retail experience is an asset
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
