Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Fitter/Welder. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and quality of our projects get done in a timely manner. This position offers an exciting opportunity, contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include but not limited to:

- Operate MIG welding equipment to join metal parts securely and accurately. Mostly welding mild steel.
- Perform rigging tasks to lift and position heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with welding equipment, crane and forklift.

Requirements

- Proven experience in MIG welding in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with crane operation and forklift operation.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely (approx up to 40 lbs), and be motivated to work unsupervised a must.

Expected hours: 42.0 – 44.0 per week
