We're looking for a proactive and creative Floral Assistant to support our Floral Design team at Billie's. If you love flowers, are happy to get stuck in and have a keen eye for detail, then this role is for you!

A passion for florals is essential, but tehnical training can be provided for the right person.

What you'll do

- Support our Floral Designers to build beautiful bouquets and arrangements
- Process auction stems ready for store use
- Maintain weekly washing of stem buckets and cleaning of the potting area
- Oversee the care of our indoor plants including watering and pruning schedules
- Repot plants when required
- Restock shelves and coolers, tidy displays, and help with seasonal setups (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day)
- Assist with customer queries into florals, plant care and product choice




- Flexibility to support the Customer Service team if needed

What we're looking for

- A team player with a real eye for presentation, who is keen to learn from our Floral Design team.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working busy holiday periods
- Availability on Mondays & Fridays, with 2-3 other days over the rest of the week (flexibility available for the right person)
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Customer-service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
