Overview The Bar Server is responsible for providing friendly, effective, and professional service to guests in a pub-style environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, able to multitask, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for our guests..

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements
- Process guest payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Follow Food & Beverage standards, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Work effectively with other team members to provide efficient service
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shift

Qualifications

- Valid Smart Serve certification – required




- Previous serving or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Bilingualism is an asset

Position: Bar Server

Status: Part-Time, Unionized

Rate of Pay: $18.08/hour

Availability: Days, evenings, and weekends required
